Fun - filled week!!

Here's my fun - filled week

1. Graduation: At the time of the class song "Get Busy" by Sean Paul came on. It was hilarious. And we were in church with nuns!!OMG!!
2. Zach's party: People went crazy in his pool. Maria, Olivia, Bianca, and Cip(zach to) and zeke had a blast in there. I filmed some of it on cip's camera
3.Awards Night: on Tuesday I went to awards night. I saw people there. I got in trouble by sister natalina for talking. And these two moms spoke to me very harshly just for getting a second cupcake
4.Picnic: Thursday was picnic day. There was Pizza and treats. It was fun. lol
5. Matt and Caroline's Party. It was da bomb. I hung out with Jess and Caroline S. there. Even people who don't go to SBS anymore were there! JoJo Demilar is a good dancer lol(he was soooo funny)I battled Staysha in dancing. That was funny!I also thrust a flaming marshmellow on a stick into caroline L.'s face in panic saying "Blow it out!" good(life threatening) times......

I'm Graduating Tommorow

I can't beleive i'm graduating tommorow. It's so sad. This is really it. I'll miss everyone

Today we had the lunchon but before that we took the picture.and then we did graduation practice.

The Lunchon was good. We had cake(yumms) pasta, lettuce, bread, meatballs. We got necklaces that said "Congrats Grad". We got all kinds of stuff

Sr. Natalina did a ceremonial thing were there were yellow flowers with our names on them they were all in a circle, connected by a green ribbon. We went up one by one and cut the ribbon and took our flower (i love the flower, even though it's totally fake) After that we had candles lit and they were given to us. During that we sang the Alma Matter.

Everyone was taking pics of each other. It was fun. Also, as a surprise we finally got our yearbooks at the lunchon. They were so cool. They're the best year books i've ever seen(really they are!)

I'm so excited for tommorow. We are the best class ever(if i do say so myself). 07 is a lucky number AND it was the 50th Anniversary of the school. It was awsome this year

What a Weekend!!!

Friday was a cool day. We had the choir sleepover at trinity. It was fun. We went bowling at hamden lanes. It was fun. I bowled pretty well, but george beat me in the end. lol. One of the great moments was at the bowling alley when the song Fergalicious started playing like 10 ppl(including me duh) lol. I think someone got a picture of it lol

When we went back to the church, we watched Happy Feet(which i'd already seen twice)

Today was choir sunday and Mark(along with like 8 other people) so i'll be the oldest next year(whoopee *rollseyes*) Now enjoy some Gym Class Heroes music

We had he talent show today at school. It was fun. I sang and played the piano at the same time!

I'd have to say the best act was cip and caroline doing spice girls "Wannabe"(lipsinging of course) it was so funny cuz cip was dressed like a girl

Today is the SBS lunchon for the 50th Anniversary. The food was good, and some of my classmates were there, so that was cool. Alot of people were bidding really high

The Year is almost over!!!

Almost a month from now, my classmates and I will be graduating from SBS(Praise the Lord) and going on to highschool(o snap!)

We're already working on the Graduation Mass and the Ceremony and stuff. I'm singing the Communion Song(Yay me!)I just can't wait

7th and 8th grade are also having a talent show (in which I will also be singing!OMG!)

War Requiem - Benjamin Britten

Okay so all week long my choir(Trinity Boys Choir) Trinity Girls Choir, and a sizable portion of the Elm City Girls Choir have been rehearsing to perform the War Requiem. Also there were Yale adult choirs and a big orchestra. It was really fun. On Friday we perfomed at the Symphony Hall in Boston and on Saturday we performed at Woolsey Hall.

Okay in History we have to read this book called The Great gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. It tells that story of rich people and stuff(i won't spoil the whole thing :-P)Well not so surprisingly, the rich life isn't all it's cracked up to be. There's lieing, cheating, and lots of unhappiness.

Easter!!!

Yesterdays Easter Service was BLAZIN!!!!!!!!!!!We sung with so much energy the roof could burst!!!!lol It was awsome. Jackie came but Zeke was a no show. What a fruitcake!

We went to Nana's afterwards and had the easter egg hunt, ate,and Watched Happy feet. I had gotten everthing i wanted 4 easter lol

Today in school we did superlatives. I think i got best dancer

Easter Weekend!!

On Thursday, we had our little brothers and sisters. I had gotten mine a big basket of stuff but he wasn't there(sadness)But we got to collect candy outside. The Kindergarden want first and then we did. It was fun. After that we had church

Friday, my choir including me sang the Good Friday prayer service thing on the last words of Jesus. At the end when they rung the bells, they rung it 33 imes, which is exactly right(u see they ring the bells once for every year that Jesus supposedly lived and so far we've decided on 33)

Today we had rehearsal with the mini orchestra for tommorows exciting Easter Service!!!/ OMG!!! Jackie is coming and Zeke might come to!

Okay so we were like going to the Chrism Mass in Hartford today. So much stuff happened on that bus. It was crazy. When we arrived in Hartford some person through a milkshake or something at our window. and then Briana said "Welcome to Hartford" and we all laughed.

Diona was taking pics of everybody and she told Maria something so confidental that I cannot tell you on this blog (hahaha)

Happy April Fool's Day

On Friday, i left choir early to go dance at the Smokey Northfull Gospel Concert at the Chruch on the Rock. I danced "The Appeal" and then I went home.

Yesterday, Me, Eli, mom, dad, aunt melba, and nana went to New Jersey to see Sean in the musical "Carousel" He played the villain and he was really good

Today was Palm Sunday but coincidentally, it is also April Fool's Day. I told Ryan that Lakisha died and he beleived me. LOL

Easter is coming soon. I'm really excited because two friends of mine are coming to see(one of them is a friend from school!Yay!)

The Cameron Twitty Benefit Concert

The benefit concert is tonight. I hope we get alot of people to come and give to Cameron so he can get that bone marrow transplant and live. Even though i told my classmates and told some people to spread the word about it, I bet that no one from my school is coming(figures)I mean then never come for anything. I put posters up, they don't come. I tell them, they don't come. But that;s SBS 4 ya. No appreciation for music what so ever! That's the main reason why SBS concerts suck. and then they complain about how much they suck, when they're not even singing. They make it suck!

I hope to have fun tonight.

Urinetown The Musical

I WAS going to go to that SBS zeeti dinner yesterday but I changed my mind when someoen at the dance studio said that the owner of the dance studio's son was going to be in a musical at Co - op Highschool. The title of the musical is called Urinetown, the Musical. Also in it was another person who goes to the dance studio. Alot of ppl from Dee Dee's came to support them

The musical was eally funny. It was about how a 20 year drought has brought a water shortage which has led a big company in a city to put a ban on private toilets. People must pay to use public toilets. The money is SUPPOSED to go to projects that would preserve water, but the leader of the Urine Good Company(UGC) is a tyrant. It was SO funny and i'm SOOOOOO glad i didn't go to some STUPID zeeti dinner. I had so much fun!

How Not To Drive: Yes and No

My mom and I TRIED to leave the house this morning, but my dad forgot to shovel the drive way so we got stuck, and my dad had to get us out. We cleaned up mom's room at Hillhouse and when we came back, I and a neighbor across the street had to shovel even more because mom could've get back through the drive way. I was so pissed

It's Beem A While

I haven't posted in over a month. jeez!! There r somethings that are new. Like on tuesdays and thursayd i work for one of the teachers at Hillhouse Highschools (where my mom teaches) I water her plants and feed her fish and other stuff.

Yesterday was Green Day in honor of St. Patricks day. My T shirt said "If I Got Smart With You, How WOuld You Know?" Alot of people didn't get it, and i didn't really get it either but oh well. It was really cool cuz mrs. luciani was being a sub, teacher and she practically gave us the answers to all our tests it was sweet. Wr got 2 go outside for recess and then we played at last period. It was fun. I played basketball and i played with Tesa, Jessica, Kaylin, and Corline S. as well. I took like 5 shots and missed them all, but i was okay with the other stuff.

Mark has been bugging me too start playing maplestory(a MMORPG) but i'll get around to it eventually.

This snow is crazy. It snowed for like 12 hours and now it's sleeting. There's supposed to be alot of rain tonight as well. It's all cool though. I wouldnt've had to go to school today anyways

Dance

Yesterday I auditioned for Eral Moseley's Summer Dance Intensive again. At least I didn't have to dance by myself! It was an audition class, and based on what you did in the class they decide whether you get in. The thing is, the material was new for a lot of people and the teachers know that. What they're looking for is energy and enthusiasm to learn how to do stuff. Which means I think i did fine.

Today, my dance center, Dee Dee's Dance Center went to the first location of our annual Black History Tour where we dance at different places. Kids from both Dee dee's Dance Centers in Stratford and New Haven were in it, which is a first cause before, the New Haven one (which i'm in) never did the tour with Stratford. I only had to do one dance and that was the jazz dance off of the song "The Appeal" (Lord I Stand)It was at an educational center for people in their late teens who didn't do so well in regular school and the center helps them learn skills to get jobs and stuff and get into college. They really liked it. We only did four things: The hip hop dance off of "Ice Box", the modern dance "More, More, More"(by The Dee Dee's in Stratford), the jazz dance I was in, and the African dance from Dee Dees in Stratford.

Happy Chinese New Year

Today, in the morning we gave Valentine's to our little brothers and sisters. Noah was so happy to see his. I gave him the card I had made in art.At lunch we had pizza(making up for the missed hot lunch) and Chinese food in honor of Chinese Year Year. Zeke's parents have a resteraunt and the food came fom there. It was so good. I got Chicken Lo Mein. Yummy! This year is the year of the pig, which is a coincidence cause Mart Grass(Fat Tuesday) is coming up were, ppl who fast on ash wednesday eat alot before they have to fast the next day.



At choir today I found out that eric (the guy doorkeeper guy of the church) knows 50 cent! and then we got into this whole conversation about artists. and then we made fun of Mark because he's obsessed with the Naked Brothers Band. We started singing "Roselina" (a song from the band) to annoy him

Vacation is finally here!Now I get to chillax. I hope I get to see Bridge to Terabithia this weeked! BTW here's the music vid for the movie
